The house has a cozy large living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The large windows provide plenty of light and a nice view of the garden and terrace. Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Behind one bedroom there is a bathroom with bath and toilet and behind it a children's bedroom with bunk beds. In a hallway there is a second toilet with a shower. The house was renovated four years ago and has a wooden floor with underfloor heating. In the kitchen there is a large Smeg refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and nespresso machine.
Nature and surroundings
The house is in the middle of a private forest garden of 1100m2, surrounded by rhododendrons in a small park. In the garden you can only hear the birds and occasionally a squirrel running through the garden. From the garden you can walk through a path into a beautiful nature reserve with forest, heath and fens. In the garden with lots of privacy is a terrace with wooden tables, chairs and deck chairs. The area is beautiful and very suitable for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. One can possibly swim in the nearby forest pool.Bicycles can be easily rented through the campsite Zeven Linden, within walking distance of the house.

We hebben enorm genoten in het boshuis. Wij hebben een paar weken in het huisje doorgebracht en in die tijd Sinterklaas met familie en 3e kerstdag met vrienden gevierd. Enorm idyllisch in de donkere dagen voor kerst. Er is genoeg ruimte om met een aantal mensen te borrelen, eten en zelfs slapen. En heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij vonden het enorm sfeervol en tegelijkertijd praktisch ingericht. Ook thuiswerken ging prima. Dat het helemaal omringd is door groen, vonden wij nog het allermooist. Iedere ochtend ontbijt op een stoel met uitzicht op dat groen. De communicatie met de eigenaresse liep ook heel goed. We zijn blij dat we hier een tijd door hebben kunnen brengen.
Nature, peace & environment:Hier in het boshuis ben je helemaal ondergedompeld in de natuur. Alle ramen hebben een uitzicht op prachtig groen. We stapten zo vanuit de tuin het bos in en de hei op. Een verademing (helemaal als je vanuit full time stadsleven komt zoals wij :)).

lekker rustig verblijf gehad en volop genoten van de vogels die er zaten.
