Nature house in Venhuizen

Our 60 square meter house is at the back of a beautiful, quiet and small car-free bungalow park. You reach the cottage on foot or by bicycle. The living room with French doors overlooks the garden and meadows. The view is 4 km! On the interior we have done our best it is a combination of vintage Swedish and Dutch design. The pine floor is newly sanded. The bathroom is new, it has a toilet, sink and shower. The nature house is heated with heat panels, a wall heater and a wood stove. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, kettle, new dishwasher, coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The oven is in the barn. In the two bedrooms there are beds with good mattresses of 160x200 cm. In the living room there is a sofa which can also be converted into a bed. All bedding is of (ironed) percal cotton. The comforters are synthetic and anti-allergic. There is internet and no TV.

The nature house (60 m2) is located 500 meters from the Markermeer. Near the picturesque village of Oosterleek. On the West Frisian ring dike between the historic cities of Enkhuizen and Hoorn you can walk and cycle beautifully. You can also easily enter the water in several places, at the lock nearby or if you also want to play, sit and lie on the beach 200 meters away. We like to go to the Zuiderzee museum in Enkhuizen. Amsterdam and the North Sea are a 45-minute drive away. In the morning you can see the sun rise on the east side of the house, while the side faces south and the back of the garden faces west, there you can enjoy the setting sun. When summer is hot, in the afternoon and evening our three Essen, keep house and garden cool. Along the garden is a ditch. We can install a temporary fence in consultation, so that even small children can play outside. On request there is a high chair and a crib at your disposal.
