Walk the dog Bird watching Cycling Hiking

A beautiful and spacious vacation home suitable for 2 people, located in the heart of the Green Heart, yet close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. A wonderful spot with plenty of opportunities for biking, hiking, or taking a city trip. We opened the vacation home in 2020. Downstairs is a spacious living room with a kitchen (25 m²) equipped with an oven/microwave and dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom, with a shower and washing machine, is also on the ground floor. On the First floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two separate duvets. The property includes an organic dairy farm; there are apartments for seniors and a meeting room. A place where you’re welcome!

Nature and surroundings

The farm and the apartment are located in the heart of the Green Heart and are also close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. It’s a beautiful spot with plenty of opportunities for biking, hiking, or taking a city trip. From Breukelen Station, you’re in the heart of Amsterdam in no time, and from Vleuten Station, you can reach downtown Utrecht in 10 minutes. The farm is directly adjacent to Parkbos de Haar, a nature reserve that’s open to the public. It’s also a great place to walk your dog (please keep them on a leash; there are deer in the park). This park borders De Haar Castle, which is well worth a visit. There is a railroad track and a railroad crossing next to the farm.

The cottage's interior and amenities were neat, spacious, and well-maintained.

    Nature, peace & environment: 4 /5

There were other (business) activities on the estate, but they didn't cause any noise or odor pollution.
