Feel welcome at our wooded child-friendly campsite with excellent facilities. You will stay in a cozy & comfortable Tipi tent with 2 bedrooms and spacious living area. With this arrangement we have thought of everything. The tent includes an inventory for 5 people including lovely beds, cool box, electricity, cooking equipment, lighting and optional extras for baby & toddler. Camp at the edge of the forest overlooking playground equipment and the water playground where the kids will have fun. There are spacious sites with privacy, activities for children and natural surroundings. The campsite is car-free: children can play everywhere without worries. In season we organize fun activities such as treasure hunts, walks with the night watchman, animal search & pancake baking. No need to get bored here!

Our campsite is the perfect base to discover the most beautiful places in Drenthe. Besides beautiful hiking and cycling you can also visit animal parks, museums, markets, fairs and the cozy town of Emmen. The most famous attraction of Emmen is of course Wildlands Adventure Zoo! This magnificent animal park is not only an unforgettable experience for children, but also an absolute must for adults. Near the campsite (4.5 km) is the beautiful outdoor pool Leewal located, surrounded by beautiful heathland in the wooded area of Drenthe. This pool has a recreational pool, competition pool and children's pool. The pool has many recreational facilities including two fantastic water slides, a child-friendly large playground for hours of fun and restaurant with a cozy outdoor terrace. Because there is too much to do to mention, you will receive a map with the best highlights prior to your stay.
