Nature house in Genderen

Air conditioning is available but is completely in a corner . When it's hot it's unbearable inside .

Airco is aanwezig maar staat helemaal in een hoek . Als het warm is niet uit te houden binnen .

Practical , good bed , everything available , when it is hot outside it does become an oven in the silo despite the air conditioning . But top for the rest .

Praktisch , goed bed , alles aanwezig , als het buiten warm is wordt het wel een oven in de silo ondanks de airco . Maar top voor de rest .

I had expected the starburst roof to be a bit more spectacular (I couldn't see through it properly now), but apart from that, it's a special cottage with nice details.

Het sterrendak had ik wat spectaculairder verwacht (ik kon er nu niet goed door kijken), maar afgezien daarvan is het een bijzonder huisje met mooie details.

The cottage is very nicely made, with nice details, fine kitchen. The bathroom is separate but private, which was an unexpected bonus. And the srv car with the amenities was closer than I thought. I had some problems because the cottage cannot be insulated properly and so it was actually too cold to stay yet, but Mieke solved that very nicely.

Het huisje is heel leuk gemaakt, met mooie details, fijne keuken. Het sanitair is apart maar wel privé, dat was een onverwachte bonus. En de srv-wagen met de voorzieningen stond dichterbij dan ik dacht. Ik had wat problemen doordat het huisje niet goed geïsoleerd kan worden en het dus eigenlijk te koud was om nog te verblijven, maar Mieke heeft dat erg netjes opgelost.

The cottage was beautiful and inside was everything you need. It was quite close to other cottages on the property and the toilet/shower was not contiguous. The bed slept well and was nice a little higher than the rest. There were a huge number of mosquitoes though, which made sleeping less of a pleasure because one mosquito screen had a hole in it.

Het huisje was mooi en binnenin was alles wat je nodig hebt. Het stond vrij dichtop andere huisjes op het terrein en de wc/douche was niet aansluitend. Het bed sliep goed en was leuk wat hoger dan de rest. Er waren wel enorm veel muggen, wat de nachtrust minder maakte omdat een muggenhor een gat had.

It was a special cottage because it was made from an old silo. The farm had a larger campsite than expected and the toilet was not adjacent to the accommodation. That was a little less nice. It was very quiet there, overlooking a farm field until other guests stayed. Then all the cottages are quite close together and you experience less peace and quiet.

Het was een bijzonder huisje omdat het gemaakt was van een oude silo. De boerderij had een grotere camping dan verwacht en de wc was niet aansluitend aan het verblijf. Dat was wat minder fijn. Het was er erg rustig, uitkijkend op een boerenveld totdat er ook andere gasten verbleven. Dan zijn alle huisjes best dicht op elkaar en ervaar je minder rust en ruimte.
