The Schutkooi is part of an organic farm on a natural mound in the floodplains of the Meuse River where people work and live with care. Nature, peace & environment:Upon arrival, it was a good search for someone to let me in. Were several cottages on a public bike path. The area is quiet, only without curtains you constantly have people looking in. Upon arrival I first had to clean the refrigerator because it was full of water all in all not a successful place
Bij aankomst was het goed zoeken naar iemand die mij binnen kon laten. Stonden meerdere huisjes aan een openbaar fietspad. De omgeving is rustig, alleen zonder gordijnen heb je constant mensen die binnen kijken. Bij aankomst heb ik eerst de koelkast moeten schoon maken omdat deze vol met water stond al met al geen geslaagde plek

Nature, peace & environment:We had a nice stay in this nature house. You notice that with great attention this cottage is managed. We overlooked the meadow and that was somewhere very nice to see the grazing cows, but also many hikers and cyclists walk by. In itself not bad, but there is no curtain so people can look inside. If you like a dark bedroom, you should definitely take this into account. Furthermore, everything was neat & clean and there were things like hand soap, kitchen roll and dish and tea towels. All provided by the day care at the location which made it extra special. The air conditioning was our helping hand during the heat wave. Bathroom is also fine, although the shower is very small so if you are a bit taller or wider times are a challenge ;-)
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in dit natuurhuisje. Je merkt dat er met veel aandacht dit huisje beheert wordt. We keken uit op de weide en dat was ergens heel leuk om de grazende koeien te zien, maar lopen ook veel wandelaars en fietsers langs. Op zich niet erg, maar er is geen gordijn dus mensen kunnen zo binnen kijken. Als je van een donkere slaapkamer houd, moet je hier zeker rekening mee houden. Verder was alles netjes & schoon en waren er dingen als handzeep, keukenrol en vaat- en theedoeken. Allemaal verzorgd door de dagbesteding op de locatie wat het extra bijzonder maakte. De airco was onze helpende hand tijdens de hittegolf. Badkamer is ook prima, al is de douche erg klein dus als je wat langer of breder bent is keren wel een uitdaging ;-)
