Cottage is on a bungalow park, on the outskirts, perfectly located to explore the neighboring area directly with the dog in the morning. Glad to hear that you liked the location so much. We pay continuous attention to the maintenance of our vacation home. For example, the stucco and wallpaper are fine, just not new. Of course we take your feedback to heart and include it in our ongoing plans for improvement. The adjacent property has not been developed for over 15 years and there are no concrete plans for the future although attempts have been made. Nature has now fully taken its course - it is teeming with plants and animals. While walking we regularly encounter deer, and the area connects beautifully with the surrounding forest and heathland. In practice, it is precisely this piece of "forgotten nature" that makes the area so particularly peaceful and green.

Huisje staat op een bungalowpark, aan de rand, perfect gelegen om s’ochtends direct met de hond het aangrenzende gebied te verkennen. Via een niet tot ontwikkeling gekomen, naastgelegen vakantiepark kom je in het natuurgebied.

Wij besteden continu aandacht aan het onderhoud van ons vakantiehuis. Zo zijn de stuc en het behang in orde, alleen niet nieuw. Natuurlijk nemen we uw feedback ter harte en nemen we dit mee in onze voortdurende plannen voor verbetering.

Het naastgelegen terrein is al meer dan 15 jaar niet in ontwikkeling en er zijn ook geen concrete plannen voor de toekomst al heeft men dit wel geprobeerd. De natuur heeft inmiddels volledig haar gang kunnen gaan — het wemelt er van de planten en dieren. Tijdens het wandelen komen we regelmatig reeën tegen, en het gebied sluit prachtig aan op het omliggende bos en de heide. In de praktijk maakt juist dit stukje ‘vergeten natuur’ de omgeving zo bijzonder rustig en groen.

It is such an incredibly tastefully decorated cottage though! Atmospheric, attention to detail and comfortable. It is in a the far corner of a park, lots of privacy, nice terraces around the house itself. Good (art and photo) books, nice beds, special art. This cottage is one of the most beautiful nature houses I have been to.

Het is wel zo'n ongelooflijk smaakvol ingericht huisje! Sfeervol, oog voor detail en comfortabel. Het ligt in een de uiterste hoek van een park, veel privacy, mooie terrasjes rondom het huis zelf.
Goede (kunst- en foto) boeken, fijne bedden, bijzondere kunst. Dit huisje is een van de mooiste natuurhuisjes waar ik geweest ben.

The cottage is in a beautiful area, we mostly hiked in the vicinity of Landgoed de Havixhorst and have never seen so many storks together as there. The landscape is lovely, the farmlands (and country houses) beautiful.

Het huisje ligt in een prachtige omgeving, we hebben vooral gewandeld in de omgeving van Landgoed de Havixhorst en hebben nog nooit zo veel ooievaars bij elkaar gezien als daar. Het landschap is lieflijk, de landerijen (en landhuizen) prachtig.
