This is a nice houseboat where it is pleasant to stay. The houseboat is located in a marina and is therefore not completely free (of course there are boats in a harbor) It is located at the back of the harbor so in a quiet place! CAUTION: There are two steps, so if you have difficulty walking, this may not be easy. The woonark is attractively decorated and gives you a wonderful feeling of "living on the water", A woonark moves of course always and a bit. Come and experience it......
Nature and surroundings
The houseboat is located in De Spiegelplas in Nederhorst den Berg. One of the cleanest waters in the Netherlands. It is a wonderfully relaxing lake where you can swim, surf, supp, sail, boat etc. There are also electric boats for rent. Nederhorst den Berg is a wonderful base for walking, cycling, boating along the river De Vecht. Loosdrecht lakes, but also forests, heath and nature reserves. You are in fact is the main property of Natuurmonumenten!

De ruimte is prima, wij vonden het huisjes alleen niet heel schoon en verzorgd. De vaatwasser is stuk (wordt verteld bij aankomst), maar ook hangen er diverse dingen los of zijn niet goed onderhouden. Het is allemaal geen ramp, maar onderhoud is zeker nodig en vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding niet goed.
Hoewel je tussen de andere (woon)boten ligt, is er voldoende rust. Je hebt hier een mooi uitzicht over het water. Dit huisje is een prima uitvalsbasis om te fietsen/wandelen, maar ook een bezoek aan Amsterdam of Muiderslot is dichtbij.

Fijne plek om te verblijven. Aardige verhuurder / familie.
Heerlijk rustig en een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor fiets en vaartochten. De spiegelplas is prachtig natuurgebied.

Een goed voorziene ruimte, fauteuils en bank zijn comfortabel. Jammer van de opstapjes, de nepplanten en dat het afvalscheiding onduidelijk en lastig is.
Behalve de geluiden van een klussende buurman was het heerlijk rustig en de zonsondergangen waren prachtig.
