Nature house in Olst

Welcome to the bright and modern front house of this basically centuries-old farmhouse on a former estate near Deventer. The comfortable house is fully equipped, has Wifi and a Smart TV. There are 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double electrically adjustable box spring and overlooking the fireplace and French doors to the garden. The new very spacious bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed (electrically adjustable) and a sofa bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, but we can also place the beds side by side. The nature house is suitable for 6 to 7 pers. but also feels comfortable with two, because then you only use the ground floor.... Choose your arrival date and length of stay from four days. Time takes on a different meaning here. Recharge and relax in a very special location with lots of peace and privacy and only 10 minutes by car from Deventer. Located on a cul-de-sac that turns into a vast area with dirt roads and directly on hiking, biking and ATB trails. The yard is landscaped with much love for nature with hazelnut and walnut trees and all kinds of fruit trees, blackberry and berry bushes. Vegetables are grown in the greenhouse. Guests can enjoy the harvest depending on the season and the yield. Thus, berries and blackberries can be picked and nuts gathered, and there is a herb garden near the front house. The view through the windows is a changing exposition. From the kitchen there is often a beautiful view of the neighbor's red and white cows. From the living room there is a view of a large natural pond and the setting sun. The green and spotted woodpecker are regular residents of the yard and each year there are young little owls and kestrels.
