Nature house in Gulpen

Welcome! We’re glad you’re interested in our vacation home. This cozy, recently fully renovated home can accommodate up to 4 people. Layout: Ground floor: Entrance. Bathroom with toilet, vanity with single sink, and spacious shower with thermostatic faucet. The cozy living room features a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a wicker chair, a TV, and a DVD player. We recently installed a pellet stove. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, gas stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle (unfortunately, no dishwasher), and a wall-mounted table with stools. First floor: Landing, 2 bedrooms—one with a comfortable box spring (160×200) and one with two single beds. Right next to the house, you can enjoy sitting outside and park your car. Please note that our Wi-Fi and TV reception are not always reliable. Since we’re located in a rural area, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the quality of these services.

The hamlet of Pesaken (Limburgish: Peëzeke) is located in the municipality of Gulpen-Wittem, within this five-star-rated landscape. Our vacation home is located in this area, which is characterized by quaint villages, stunning views, green meadows, beautiful forests, and babbling brooks. The vacation home is part of a historic half-timbered farmhouse. This cozy cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. You can unwind perfectly during a relaxing walk (including the Krijtland Route), a bike ride, or a challenging mountain bike trail. The trails run right next to your accommodation. But when it comes to culinary delights, Gulpen (a 2.3 km walk away), with its lively restaurants, brasseries, pubs, and outdoor dining areas, offers plenty of options. Historic and cultural cities like Maastricht and Aachen are definitely worth a visit, and perhaps you’d like to stop by the market in Aubel or Liège on a Sunday morning. You’re sure to enjoy yourself!
