Nature house in la caletta

My apartment is located in a very quiet area in the town of Siniscola. It is about 10 minutes by car from the beach of “Sa Petra Ruja” and from the village. The house has an area of about 100 square meters, consisting of a large fully furnished and equipped kitchen where there are too microwave, kettle and toaster, stove, fridge and freezer. A bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower, washing machine, hairdryer 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed for two in a open room. In the living a big sofa and sat tv and dvd player. Wifi available in all house. Outside, a relaxing area with garden, barbecue and table with chairs.. The nicest thing of the house is the swimming pool with relaxing area, shared with another home. From the pool the guests are between the view of hill and a beautiful sea view. Bed linnen and towels are included in the price, like final cleaning and other fees.
