On the outskirts of Oldenzaal, opposite the Kalheupinkpark and at the foot of the Rhododendron Avenue towards the Wilmersberg lies this beautiful nature house. A true delight for nature lovers and peace seekers.The nature house is fully furnished for 2 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, separate rain shower with washbasin and toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom on the 1st floor, accessible via a good fixed staircase. The private terrace offers a beautiful unobstructed view, you might even spot a deer in the evening. Two air conditioners ensure perfect temperature regulation in the living room and bedroom. Bicycles can be rented nearby. Private parking and separate entrance ensure privacy. The cottage is located 800 meters from Oldenzaal train station. Contactless stay is possible. The guests rate this beautiful place with a thick 9, really exceptionally good! At the end of 2024 we have a completely new bathroom realized with rain shower and beautiful washbasin!
Nature and surroundings
With an unobstructed view of the meadows, make plans to go hiking and biking in the beautiful surroundings of Oldenzaal and de Lutte. The center of Oldenzaal is within walking distance with its many cozy stores, restaurants and terraces. The art town of Ootmarsum and the German town of Bad Bentheim are also just a few car or bicycle kilometers away. The vacation home borders the Wilmersberg nature reserve. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes from the vacation home. The cycling junction network and the long distance path run along the house, also the 1st stage of the Marskramerpad! Beautiful natural areas such as the Lutterzand, the Roderveld and Springendal are worth a visit. The large cities of Enschede and Hengelo are 12 kilometers away.
