Nature house in Zwartsluis

Unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing and extremely unpleasant for us. The strong smell of mold, the moldy mattresses, and the very dirty and dusty condition of the cottage made the stay unbearable. As a result, we had to sleep in the car and leave the campsite early on the second day. Overall, it was a very bad experience that we cannot recommend to others.

Die gesamte Erfahrung war leider sehr enttäuschend und für uns äußerst unangenehm. Der starke Schimmelgeruch, die verschimmelten Matratzen sowie der sehr schmutzige und staubige Zustand des Häuschens machten den Aufenthalt unzumutbar. Wir mussten deshalb im Auto schlafen und den Platz am zweiten Tag vorzeitig verlassen. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, die wir so nicht weiterempfehlen können.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Nature house was very disappointing. As soon as we walked in, we noticed a strong smell of mold. The mattresses were heavily moldy, and the entire cabin was very dusty and dirty. Since the conditions made the stay unacceptable, we had to sleep in our car the first night and leave the property early the next day.

Landlord’s response: We’re sorry you had this experience, which, by the way, we cannot understand. It’s a shame that you didn’t let us know about this until your departure, as we could have found a solution for you during your stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Naturhäuschen war leider sehr enttäuschend. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein starker Schimmelgeruch auf. Die Matratzen waren stark verschimmelt und das gesamte Häuschen war sehr staubig und schmutzig. Da der Aufenthalt so nicht zumutbar war, mussten wir die erste Nacht im Auto schlafen und den Platz am nächsten Tag vorzeitig verlassen.

Antwort des Vermieters: Es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben, die wir übrigens nicht nachvollziehen können. Es ist schade, dass Sie uns dies erst bei Ihrer Abreise mitgeteilt haben, da wir bereits während Ihres Aufenthalts für eine Lösung hätten sorgen können.

What a lovely, comfortable cottage. Especially with the made-up bunk bed waiting for us!

We were there during a fairly quiet time of the season. However, the cottage faces away from a road that generates some noise. It wasn’t a problem for us, but you might find it bothersome if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing.
The campground offers plenty of amenities. It’s a place where you can relax and pick up anything you might have forgotten (tea bags!!). There are also marked bike routes available to borrow. The hostess is extremely warm and welcoming!!

Wat een heerlijk, comfortabel huisje. Zeker met het opgemaakte stapelbed wat voor ons klaarstond!

Wij waren er op een redelijk rustig moment in het seizoen. Maar het huisje staat met de rug naar een weg die wat geluid geeft. Niet e4g voor ons, maar je zou dat als hinderlijk kunnen ervaren als je daar gevoelig voor bent.
De camping biedt veel comfort. Een ruimte waar je kunt recreëren, iets kunt kopen wat je vergeten bent ( theezakjes!!). Ook zijn er gesealde fietsroutes te leen. De gastvrouw is uiterst hartelijk!!
