Nature house in Vledder

This nature house stands in a large woodland garden with plenty of privacy, in a small and quiet forest park in the middle of nature. Here you can enjoy nature, the many bird calls and the squirrels. From the park you can walk into the woods or you can walk to the ancient ash village of Vledder or to Frederiksoord, the center of the Company of Weldadigheid. Both villages are about 1 km from the cottage. In Vledder is a supermarket and a bakery. The house has a nice bright living room, everything is on one level. Here you can relax, both inside and in the garden. There is a smart TV, electric fireplace, there are games, some books and outside covered is a table tennis table. There is a charging point for 2 electric bicycles. In front of the house you can park two cars. Bed, bath and kitchen linen must be brought with you. This house is rented per week (Friday to Friday)

Frederiksoord is the center of the Society of Weldadigheid. This area is on the Cultural World Heritage List of Unesco. The park is located on the border of the National Park Drents-Friese Wold with ancient forests with drifting sand plains, fens and heaths. A beautiful area for cycling and walking. Within cycling distance of the house is Holtingerveld nature reserve, a beautiful nature reserve, as well as the National Park Dwingelderveld.west (also within cycling distance) is the National Park Weerribben - Wieden with the village of Giethoorn, where you can sail / water sports (including boat rentals). Nice trips in the area are also: the National Prison Museum in Veenhuizen (former workhouse of the colony), the museum village Orvelte, the village Diever (known for Shakespeare), the fortified town of Steenwijk, Drents Museum in Assen. Opposite the park is open-air swimming pool Bosbad Vledder.
