Our B&B is located against the edge of the forest, near the historic city of Roermond, Outletcentre and National Park De Meinweg. Feel welcome in our green garden with nice sitting areas! The B&B consists of 2 parts: on the 1st floor of our house we have a bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. In our garden there is a generous dining kitchen and an adjoining garden room with wood stove. In the morning we serve a full breakfast in the living room and while doing so you can enjoy the view of our garden and the adjacent fields and woods. Our dog Luuk loves people very much. Fortunately he barks rarely and he does not come into the B&B. The stay includes breakfast and linen.
Nature and surroundings
Our farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the village, at the edge of the forest. National Park De Meinweg is within cycling distance. Within fifteen minutes by car you are in the historic city of Roermond, with the Outletcentre (expensive brands for small prices) and the many cozy terraces and restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts, the Maas River and the Maasplassen offer everything you could want. Also, one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Netherlands, Burggolf in Herkenbosch, is only 3 km away. The beautiful cities of Maastricht and Aachen can be reached within an hour. In the village is a bakery, butcher and supermarket. 50 meters from our house is Oetsjpanning De Meuleberg, where you can eat a small snack or enjoy the view on the terrace. Hans September 18, 2025 General rating:Cozy, cozy nicely decorated accommodation with lots of space. I found the small room with TV next to the bedroom very cozy. We hiked a lot that weekend - so that privacy was wonderful. The lounge and kitchen is in another part of the complex. By the way, we only had breakfast there - excellent breakfast and delicious coffee :-)
Gezellig, sfeervol leuk ingericht verblijf met veel ruimte. De kleine kamer met tv naast de slaapkamer vond ik erg gezellig. Wij hebben veel gewandeld dat weekend - dus die privacy was heerlijk.
De zitkamer en keuken zit in een ander gedeelte van het complex. Wij hebben daar overigens alleen het ontbijt genuttigd.
