It would have been a 10 if there hadn’t been anyone else on the island. We had set up a course and had gone to run some errands. When we came back, the equipment had been taken apart and moved further down the path. Very strange, because we didn’t see anyone. We’re assuming it was local kids, but it does feel less private. Also, on day 2, when we were leaving the island, the ferry was suddenly on the island side instead of the car side where we had moored it. So we couldn’t get back to the island. Luckily, someone from the family was still at the house and was able to pick us up. Again, we didn’t see anyone.

We gaan er maar vanuit dat het kinderen uit de omgeving zijn geweest maar het voelt wel minder prive. Ook was dag 2 toen wij het eiland af waren het pontje ineens aan de eiland kant in plaats van de auto kant waar wij hem hadden vast gelegt. Wij konden het eiland dus niet meer bereiken. Gelukkig was er nog iemand van de familie in het huis en kon die ons ophalen. Ook toen niemand gezien.

As far as we’re concerned, definitely worth a repeat visit.

Let wel op want bij regen zijn de steigers en terassen spekglad. Gezellig bbqen en om de vuurton zitten en binnen open haard. Veel bordspellen en boeken aanwezig. Redelijke bedden. Douchewater loopt heel langzaam weg en we konden geen plopper vinden dat is dus een kwestie van geduld. Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar.
