The style of the past and the comfort of today - our WÄLDER: Quartier is a genuine, rustic Black Forest house that we have completely and lovingly modernized. There is plenty of space inside and out to relax and unwind with friends, family or at a seminar. In the house you will find everything you need to feel at home - including a flat-screen TV, WLAN and washing machine. The abundance of solid wood creates a uniquely pleasant ambience. After hiking together, a snack tastes particularly good outside in the beautiful garden or on the terrace. Your dogs are also welcome at WÄLDER: Quartier Dachsberg. Car and bicycle parking spaces are available directly at the house.

Wittenschwand, a district of the municipality of Dachsberg, lies at an altitude of 900 to 1000 m in the heart of the southern Black Forest, just a few kilometers from St. Blasien. Despite its rural location, Wittenschwand is easy to reach, half an hour's drive from Waldshut in the south and just 5 minutes from St. Blasien in the north. Far away, very close: forests and wide open plateaus dominate the landscape around our vacation home, which slopes gently and gradually towards Switzerland to the south. A walk from Wittenschwand takes you to the idyllic monastery pond as well as vantage points such as the Kreuzfelsen, with magnificent views as far as the Swiss Alps. The entire municipality of Dachsberg stands for attractive, healthy nature and relaxation and is part of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park. The host family Pokrzywa runs their part-time farm here.
