The studio is part of the Maashof (1860), a square farmhouse owned by our family since 1968. In the old farmhouse is this cozily furnished studio, where you immediately notice the beautiful view of the Meuse! Hence the name Panorama studio. The studio is located on the second floor, here are 2 single beds which together form a king-size bed of 180x200. There is also a TV, equipped with Chromecast and Digitenne, a comfortable sofa + armchair & a dining table with chairs. In the studio there is a kitchen fully equipped: fridge with freezer, airfryer, gas stove, kettle & senseo. Adjacent to the studio on the shared landing is a PRIVATE bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. Beds are freshly made for your stay. Towels, kitchen towels & tea towels are available for rent from us, but you can of course bring them from home! Bathrobes are included.
Nature and surroundings
We wish you a nice stay in Borgharen, close to town, but even closer to nature. Behind the farm is a large fruit field with our Galloways Dunya & Desie and our cuddly pig Peppa. Here is the possibility to pick fruit, do yoga, bbq, make a campfire and stay nice and quiet (always at your own risk!) You can also come and pet our dogs Pieke & Pula and feed our ducks! Several people live on the farm, so please take noise pollution/music into account. If you cross the street you walk directly along the Meuse, also known as the Grensmaasgebied. It couldn't be more beautiful! Over 200+ acres of new wilderness with Galloways & Konik horses, birds, beautiful hiking and biking trails and sites of antiquity.
