Looking for beautiful bulb fields within walking distance and want to unwind? Book our cozy, cozy and spacious nature house. The whole place has a relaxed feel to it. All the comforts needed for a relaxing stay are provided: including wifi, wood stove, large flat screen, DVDs, lazy couch and chairs that invite you to relax. There is a spacious kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with a total cottage area of 80 m2. Of course, the microwave and Senseo are not missing. You can always sit in the sun, but also in the shade thanks to a large oak tree and the canopy attached to the house. Under the sheltered canopy includes a nice wooden bench and overlooks the pond. Regular visitors include the following birds: heron, our house blackbird with white spots, nuthatch, spotted woodpecker and the buzzard. You can walk to your parking spot via your own entrance and then enjoy images and nature and/or sit on the bench; a favorite resting spot.
Nature and surroundings
The Nature House is located on a well-known hiking trail. In front of us is 10 acres of grass, where deer can be regularly seen. About 600 meters from the cottage begin the bulb fields (about 8 acres) with a variety of many tulips. A part of the tulip fields is on the path to our house, and deer regularly walk through this field to have woods with badger setts. From the cottage you can make many beautiful walks in the richly varied Reest valley. The paths take you past centuries-old farms where you sometimes walk across the yard of the farmer, es-gehuchten and grasslands. Within walking distance is also the old church of Oud Avereest, with a unique old cemetery, Bartje's bridge, the old church path and the information center of the Overijssel Landscape. On Wednesdays there is a market in Staphorst, where you can meet people in traditional costume. You can rent an e-chopper and make beautiful trips to the Staphorst forest, the Havixhorst with a beautiful sculpture garden or .....
