In the 3500 m2 yard of a classic northern Dutch residential farmhouse is this cottage. It is 50 m2, is built in an old stable and is decorated in light colors. You have a bedroom with double bed, bathroom/toilet and a dining kitchen complete with cooking and eating utensils. There is a fine wood stove [ firewood is included in the price] but also a gas stove for quick comfort. You have 2 terraces and a bench overlooking the dunes. The luxury is not the decoration of the house but your privacy and peace! The house is for 2 adults and a child under 3 years.
Nature and surroundings
You have a private piece of garden at your disposal with grass, trees and bamboo. At the edge of the trees is a bench that gives you a view over the bulb field or to the dunes 800 m away. Everything here breathes tranquility. But if you are looking for a little more action, the center of Callantsoog with its stores and restaurants is only 800 m away. And the beach of course. On the property there is 1 other cottage situated but that too has its own garden and own view. The listed additional costs of eur 35 are booking fees cancellation If you cancel, we will try to find another holidaymaker for part or all of the vacation you canceled. If successful, you will receive a 100% refund for the days we rented out, but minus our booking fee of EUR 35 and the costs nature house charges us. In case of non-rental the standard arrangement of nature house remains.
