Very attractively furnished detached villa, suitable for 6 persons, quietly located on the edge of the forest about 2 km from the beach. Spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with sink and 2 spacious rooms on the first floor, all with box-spring beds (together or separately), spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, luxury kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and convection oven, storage room with microwave, washer and dryer. Underfloor heating on the first floor and in the bathroom. Also present: three HD TVs (1 with Netflix), Blu-ray player and radio / iPod player, free wifi (internet), Senseo and filter coffee maker, high chair and cot, stair gate. In the barn is a wagon. Spacious garden with lots of privacy, south-facing terrace, garden furniture and private parking and a charging station.

Mooi, ruim huis. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Rustige locatie, naast een natuurgebied en op een 30 min lopen van het strand.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
