5-person vacation home in De Koog. Living room with a sitting area and dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, and combination microwave. The living room has underfloor heating, a TV/DVD player, a radio, and a fireplace. The bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious shower and toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and a separate single bedroom. All are furnished with box-spring beds. Both double bedrooms have a sink in the room, and a crib is available. There is also a second toilet on this floor. The garden and patio are furnished with outdoor furniture. Non-smoking, free Wi-Fi. Please note! The playground equipment shown in the photos is no longer present.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
