On your covered porch you can relax and have views of farmlands and the forest edge. And when you enjoy a glass of wine on your covered terrace in the evening sun, you might even see a few deer walking. They can regularly be seen at dusk! At 300 meters walking distance you will find a quiet swimming lake in the middle of the forest. From our grounds you can walk straight into the woods and onto the heath with many cycling and walking routes. The lodge in short: -Completely furnished living room and kitchen (incl. dishwasher and Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer) -2 bedrooms -completely furnished for 4 persons -shower and separate toilet -covered veranda -including television and free WIFI. -On our site is also a hot tub which can be reserved (based on availability). Private storage room where you can put your bicycles or other stuff! Freshly baked buns in the morning and on some days there are evening snacks and hot meals available.
Nature and surroundings
National Park Drentsche Aa Our campsite is located in the National Park Drentsche Aa. This ancient nature reserve is the best preserved esdorpen landscape of Western Europe and is characterized by streams, heaths, fens, vast forests, sand lakes and beaches. It is a very nice place for recreation! Take a bike ride or hike through nature, visit one of the cozy villages or enjoy a day on the water at one of the lakes. Read more Follow the Wolvenspoor Within walking distance of the chalets you will find Het Wolvenspoor. A very nice walking route to follow (with the children). The route is about 5 kilometers and through an adventurous path you walk through the woods, across moors and wooden bridges over fens and stream valleys.

Harmen July 18, 2023 General rating:We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad op de camping met ons gezin met twee kleine kinderen. We sliepen in de veldlodge, die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Diertjes en een trampoline op het terrein en een zwemvijver op loopafstand. Conclusie: Blije kinderen en ontspannen ouders!
Nature, peace & environment:Gelegen in een open veld met weilanden rondom.

Nature, peace & environment:Fijne plek, uitzicht op bos en akkerland. Ondanks Grolloo Blues een rustige verblijfsplek, wat ook onze bedoeling was.
