This comfortable wooden cottage is located in the rural area of Westerwolde. The nature house was built in 2017 and stands in the middle of our garden of over 3000 m2. The interior is bright with a nod to Scandinavia. There is a sitting area, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small kitchenette with 2 burner induction hob and a mini fridge. In the sleeping area there are 2 single beds which can be separated if necessary. The garden has an ornamental area with ornamental grasses and perennials. The rear part of the garden is a bit more rugged with some trees, berry bushes and mowed grass paths. From the porch there is a wide view over the fields towards Germany. At the front of the cottage is a sheltered terrace with a small square pond. After a day of hiking or biking it is great to relax in the garden chairs on the terrace. Our location is 100% smoke-free as is the immediate vicinity of the cottage.
Nature and surroundings
Discovering Westerwolde while walking or cycling is pure enjoyment. Our cottage is an ideal base for long or short cycling and walking tours. From the cottage walks can be made through farmland, along fields and through forest strips. Infinite vistas alternate with hidden fens. Drive a short distance to Bourtange, Sellingen or another village in this municipality and be surprised by the landscape, space and silence in this beautiful part of Groningen. Several hiking trails are plotted as well as cycling or mountain biking routes. There is also much to enjoy in the garden, especially for garden lovers. From spring onwards, several gardens in the neighborhood are open and a visit to, for example, Jacobs Nursery, located almost on the corner, should not be missed.

Mooi tiny hous, sober en heel smaakvol, zonder opsmuk, precies onze smaak. Magna is een heel aardige vrouw, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Huisje staat in een mooie grote tuin. Westerwolde is een prachtig gebied, met nog weinig toeristen.

Het is een stijlvol ingerichte woning met voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien voor een rustige vakantie in de natuur.
Het huisje ligt in een prachtige bloementuin in een verder rustige landelijke omgeving. Je hebt vrij uitzicht over de akkers.

Een netjes afgewerkt huisje met voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen. Alles wat nodig is was aanwezig.
Zeer mooie en ruime tuin met een weids uitzicht over de velden.
