This beautiful nature house with an additional tent is located on our mini-camping site in South Drenthe. The Dome has a 2 person bed and a 1 person bed in the main tent. In the additional tent there are two single beds of 70x190 cm. There is also a horse farm on the same property. The beds are made for you when you arrive. Furthermore, you have access to a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, a small refrigerator, a seat inside and outside, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. are provided. You have a camping toilet in your Dome and the shared sanitary building is near the main building. On our small campsite there are several rental accommodations. The whole season bookable as midweek, weekend, long weekend (arrival Friday or Monday) or per week (arrival Friday). Dogs are allowed on the campsite. The price includes tourist tax.
Nature and surroundings
The campground is located on a former golf course, because of this the terrain is nicely sloping and has waters surrounding the site. There is also a horse farm on the site. On our small campsite in Stieltjeskanaal there are several rental accommodations. At a distance of 5-7 km you will find several swimming possibilities. Coevorden and Dalen are 5 km away. Our campsite is located on a former golf course, therefore it is rich in water, trees, many birds, frogs etc. We also regularly see deer, pheasants, hares and buzzards. We are close to the German border, for trips very suitable, also Wildlands and the Ermerstrand are both fairly close,

De tent was vorig jaar geweldig, maar de nieuwe eigenaar heeft de tenten in de winter buiten laten staan. Hierdoor was de kleine tent beschimmeld en (ook plekjes op de grote tent) daar had hij ons niet over ingelicht, ook adverteert hij met alle faciliteiten van de vorige eigenaar maar. Alles is vergaan. Zoals het hondenlosloopveld attributen en een tafeltennistafel waar zelfs geen pingpong balletje op stuiterde. Ook het ontbijt deed hij niet zoals hij beloofde en afspraken kwam hij niet na. Hierdoor aan het lijntje gehouden. Toen we na een aantal kansen toch de deksel op de neus kregen. We zijn dus ook eerder weggegaan. Het niet leegmaken van de prullenbakken bijvoorbeeld en ons de schuld geven van hondenpoep en het niet opruimen terwijl het van zijn eigen hond was, Nadat ook de belofte dat onze autistische zoon mocht paardrijden toch weer niet doorging zijn we onze spullen gaan pakken.
Er waren weinig tenten verhuurt. 1 wel aan een gezin met 7 kids dus dat merkte je wel. De weg achter onze tent werd s nachts gebruikt als racebaan. Meer nog dan vorig jaar. Vorig jaar was alles droog dit jaar was het door de regen goed gegroeid. En dus erg enthousiast aanwezig omdat het niet was bijgehouden. Hij heeft het terrein voor zijn paarden in orde maar voor de gasten niet meer.

Als ik door het dakraam ipv de bomen echt de sterren had gezien was het een 10 geweest
Heerlijk genoten. Het lag aan een drukke weg maar alsof de bomen de grens waren tussen rust en buitenleven
