Nature house in Oosterend

Our nature house is located by the Wadden Sea surrounded by a wide tree line. You have a lot of privacy in your own garden. A large barn with Ping Pong table and foosball table is at your disposal, it also contains a two-person infrared sauna of the brand cerdic. Great for rainy days. Outside you can spend summer evenings by the firepit and with the barbecue. Close to two nice villages. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and a trundle bed. So the third person sleeps low on the floor on a somewhat thinner mattress, for children it is fine, so can a family with 3 children . The municipality of Texel charges tourist tax of 2.25 per person per night. This should be paid to us at the end of the stay.

What makes this house so special is that you walk through your own path through the woods to the beach or to the nature reserve. The quiet beach is a great place to swim, catch crabs and at low tide, walk the mudflats and look for shells. A little further on are more quiet beaches. The nature reserve is a beautiful place next to the sea and the old dike. The house is surrounded by a fine garden and a tree line. You will wake up to the twittering of birds. Around the property runs a wide ditch in which often a spoonbill can be found. You may even see a special bird of prey pass by once. Nearby are the villages of Oudeschild and Oosterend. Oudeschild, a harbor village, has a playground, several fish restaurants, a supermarket and a museum. Here you can also rent bicycles. In picturesque Oosterend you will find an old village center with a beautiful church and nice restaurants.
