ENJOY THIS AFTER YEAR FROM THIS FINE HOLIDAY HOUSE IN A BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT This unique cottage has everything to make a stay comfortable and pleasant. Originally a pavilion of the Floriade 2012, the vacation home fully comes into its own in the landscape, with its completely glass facade, partially clad with wooden rules. From the lovely vacation home you have beautiful views of the scenic landscape and the river Dommel. The spacious house is furnished with new comfortable furniture, has a cozy gas fireplace, air conditioning for the hot summers, and a spacious kitchen with all amenities, which also makes a longer stay very possible. There is a separate, lockable bike shed, where batteries of electric bicycles can be charged. The private garden has two terraces to enjoy both sun and shade near the standard orchard, natural pool and the many birds. And who knows, you might even see the deer passing by....
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on a property, which is directly adjacent to the Dommel River. Along this meandering lowland stream, various walking and cycling routes offer a view of wooded banks, woods, meadow and hay meadows and pools, in short everything that typifies the East Brabant Landscape. As part of National Landscape Groene Woud, on the other side of the road lies the Vressels Bos with several fens, including the Hazenputten and Oude Putten, and home to Scottish Highlanders. From natural gate 'the Vresselse Hut' several walking and cycling routes (including MTB) start. North of the Vressels Bos are the Dommelbeemden and the Moerkuilen, a striking moor in the Dommel valley. A nice walk through this area is rewarded with a beautiful view from the watchtower over the Dommel. Sint-Oedenrode was named Europe's greenest municipality in 2000, and for good reason. For a nature lover there is much to experience from the vacation home and in the immediate vicinity!
