Nature, peace & environment:Our stay at the Owl exceeded our expectations. Talje is a wonderful host with an eye for detail who is easy to reach - even at a distance. The cottage was spotless and really equipped with all the comforts (and more). Of course, the snow added to the charm of our stay. On the couch we enjoyed the fireplace and watched the garden turn into winter wonderland. A disadvantage of the weather conditions was the negative travel advice. To this the host responded with a big favor: we were allowed to use the cottage for an extra night at no cost. To me this shows that they are passionate about what they do and really care that guests leave with a smile. This is no longer obvious in this day and age and is therefore extra appreciated. Thanks again and we would love to come back when our little one is born!

Op de bank genoten wij van de open haard en zagen we hoe de tuin veranderde in winter wonderland. Nadeel van de weersomstandigheden was het negatieve reisadvies. Hierop reageerde de host met een grote gunst: we mochten kosteloos een extra nacht van het huisje gebruikmaken. Voor mij laat dit zien dat ze passie dragen voor wat ze doen en het écht belangrijk vinden dat gasten met een glimlach weer vertrekken. Dit is in deze tijd niet meer vanzelfsprekend en wordt daarom extra gewaardeerd. Nogmaals dank en we komen graag nog eens terug als onze kleine geboren is!
