In 2010 we bought this dream spot. Wonderfully quiet, nice former farmhouse, nice spacious garden. We did a lot of renovations to get the inside of our farmhouse back into the old farm atmosphere. Then came the plan to make an apartment in the huge garage. With the same rural farm style but with the luxury you would expect. Purpose: Recreational rental and our guests appreciate Koeterdekoet very much. For guests a private parking space, a private entrance and path to the front door. Living room is 24m2 and the hall is also equipped with a toilet. Nowadays also with CD and record player! Bring your own CD/LP's. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, floor heating and 2nd toilet. Bed linen, Bath towels, tea and towels, it's all there. There is a spacious terrace with firepit / BBQ behind and an additional terrace on the west where you evening eg while enjoying a glass of wine, view of grazing cows, watching the sun go down.

This nature house is wonderfully quietly located about 1 km from the West Frisian village of Oterleek, The place is a piece of cultural historical area. We felt right at home,the cottage is very cozy, the beds are good and really everything you need is there. Add to that the warm welcome and the nice little treats that were present, so I do not know of anything that could be better.
We voelden ons meteen thuis,het huisje is heel gezellig, de bedden zijn goed en werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Tel daarbij op de hartelijke ontvangst en de fijne kleine traktaties die aanwezig waren, dus ik weet niks te bedenken wat er beter kan.
