In 2010 we bought this dream spot. Wonderfully quiet, nice former farmhouse, nice spacious garden. We did a lot of renovations to get the inside of our farmhouse back into the old farm atmosphere. Then came the plan to make an apartment in the huge garage. With the same rural farm style but with the luxury you would expect. Purpose: Recreational rental and our guests appreciate Koeterdekoet very much. For guests a private parking space, a private entrance and path to the front door. Living room is 24m2 and the hall is also equipped with a toilet. Nowadays also with CD and record player! Bring your own CD/LP's. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, floor heating and 2nd toilet. Bed linen, Bath towels, tea and towels, it's all there. There is a spacious terrace with firepit / BBQ behind and an additional terrace on the west where you evening eg while enjoying a glass of wine, view of grazing cows, watching the sun go down.

It’s a very charming little cottage, perfect for four people. There were three of us. A lot of attention has been paid to the details in and around the cottage. It’s super clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. They’ve thought of everything.
Another really nice feature is the fire pit. It’s wonderful to build a fire and sit around it on the comfortable chairs.
