On a particularly beautiful location in the historic part of the village of Norg stands the nature house, a Saxon farm from 1762, with the luxury, hospitality and living comfort that we know today. This nature house has on the 1st floor a spacious and cozy double bedroom (38 m2) overlooking the beautiful garden. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In addition, this room also has TV, free Wifi, refrigerator, microwave, bed linen, bathrobes, towels and free coffee & tea. You may also use the garden (2500 m2), swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 1) and sauna (surcharge of € 35 per time based on 2 people for 3 hours). Due to the setting and furnishing, our nature house is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is just 100 meters from the center of Norg (Drenthe), where there are several restaurants, terraces and stores. All around are numerous other historic farms and brinks with old oaks. This nature house is adjacent to the sandy path to the ash (=akker). The nature reserves around Norg are very varied (including Drents Friesewold, Mensinghe Estate, Noordsche Veld, Drentsche Aa, Fochteloërveen, Langeloërduinen, De Onlanden). The many bicycle and walking tours lead through forests, across moors, through beautiful bog villages and past sand drifts, sheep herds and prehistoric dolmens. Heerlijke rustige plek waar je zalig tot rust komt!
Nature, peace & environment:Was a fantastic stay in a beautiful old historic farmhouse with a great beautiful garden with several seating areas. The host was very hospitable and helps you with questions about e.g. cycling and hiking in the area and makes you feel at home. We totally enjoyed our stay at Hoeve de Eshof! Moreover, within walking distance there are several restaurants where you can eat well and a bike store where you can rent bikes.
Was een fantastisch verblijf in een mooie oude historische boerderij met een geweldige mooie tuin met verschillende zitplekken. De gastheer was zeer gastvrij en helpt je met vragen over bv. fiets- en wandeltochten in de omgeving en zorgt dat je er helemaal thuis voelt. We hebben helemaal genoten van ons verblijf in Hoeve de Eshof! Bovendien zijn er op loopafstand verschillende restaurants waar je goed kan eten en een fietswinkel waar je fietsen kan huren.

Sacha December 17, 2022 General rating:Onze kamer was lekker ruim, heel schoon, goed bed, mooie badkamer. Ook fijn om zelf (hele lekkere) koffie en thee te kunnen zetten. Gebruik van magnetron en koelkast is mogelijk. Er is een grote tuin. Vanuit het natuurhuisje loop je in een paar minuten naar verschillende restaurants en winkels, waaronder een supermarkt.
Nature, peace & environment:Rondom Norg is de omgeving heel rustig. Vanuit de B&B kun je allerlei mooie wandelingen maken, door bossen en velden.

dennis July 28, 2021 General rating:Geweldige ontvangst door zeer vriendelijke gastheer Erwin. Prachtige B&B. Geweldige ligging en mooie grote tuin met zwembad en veel zitjes en relax plekjes. Heerlijke relaxte, gezellige en ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn ligbad!
(Alleen het bed vonden wij veel te zacht, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk)
