The authentic Haystack is about 30 m walk from the free parking lot. With a padlock whose code you get after booking, you can open the front door. The space entrance includes a hallway with coat rack, two chairs and a toilet. You then enter the wonderfully bright living/sleeping area with a view over the estate's farmlands, where cows walk almost year-round and the fresh Essche stream meanders through. In the room there are two chairs at a table, two armchairs and a sofa bed. From the living room there is an opening to the kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and shower stall. If you want to sleep, the sofa converts into a bed in no time. Through the garden door you get to the terrace with table and chairs. This accommodation is offered without kitchen, bath and bed linen. These can be booked separately (excluding made beds) or as a complete "linen package" (including made beds).
Nature and surroundings
The authentic Hooiberg is located on a beautiful Estate a silence area located in Vught where the Essche stream meanders through. Various beautiful walks can be made across the otherwise closed estate, along the farmlands, over dikes and through avenues of old beech trees and in the surrounding area. For inspiration and reflection, for peace and quiet. Free parking. At +/ 2 hours walking distance through the beautiful nature reserve De Bossche Broek and 10 minutes by car you are in the center of the beautiful old and burgundian city & 's-Hertogenbosch. For those who are very afraid of spiders or insects, it is not a good place.
