Layout: the living room with a sitting area and a large flat screen TV, an open fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven etc.) with dining table, modern bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, separate toilet; Through a steep staircase you reach the bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and lots of closet space. The garden is fully enclosed by a high wooden fence and dense shrubs. Lots of privacy!

Egmond aan Zee offers you a beautiful and long beach. Extends all the way to Egmond-binnen and of course it offers wonderful opportunities to laze in the sun in summer and especially in spring and autumn excellent opportunities for walking. Egmond aan Zee can be reached at only 3.5 km. Cycle through the dunes towards the beach. It is a wonderful experience.Within 10 km are the artist village of Bergen and the old Dutch historic town of Alkmaar made world famous by the cheese market. Alkmaar is more: Wander along the beautiful canals, rest on one of the many terraces and discover the many stores. Close by is also the artist village of Bergen with its wide avenues, large houses and beautiful gardens. The center of this beautiful village has cozy terraces, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
