Nature house in Keutenberg-Schin op Geul

Highly recommended if you want to stay in Limburg. Also near the beautiful Valkenburg.

Echt een aanrader als je in Limburg wil verblijven. Ook vlakbij het mooie Valkenburg.

Nice spacious and clean cottage, in a quiet place. Friendly reception.Nice that a tour with cyclists came past our cottage.In the cottage everything is ample, even a crib was ready.If our grandchild would have been a little bigger, he would certainly have enjoyed himself on the swing and with the outdoor toys.We enjoyed the beautiful weather, nature and the quiet surroundings.

Mooi ruim en schoon huisje, op een rustige plek. Vriendelijk ontvangst.
Leuk dat er een toertocht met wielrenners langs ons huisje kwam.
In het huisje is alles ruim aanwezig, zelfs een kinderbedje stond klaar.
Als ons kleinkind wat groter zou zijn geweest, dan had hij zich zeker vermaakt op de schommel en met het buitenspeelgoed.
We hebben genoten van het mooie weer, de natuur en de rustige omgeving.

Spacious house, wonderfully clean, warm welcome, very quiet, hardly any motorized traffic, lots of cyclists though, great starting point for hiking & biking.

Ruim huis, heerlijk schoon, hartelijke ontvangst, heel stil, nauwelijks gemotoriseerd verkeer, wel veel fietsers, prima startpunt voor wandelen & fietsen.

The house was very clean with attention to detail. It immediately felt very nice. We also really liked the amount of space. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large living room, it's really good vacationing. You can definitely bike in the area. Just keep in mind the access roads. One 18 and the other 22%.

Het huis was erg schoon met oog voor detail. Dat voelde direct heel fijn. Ook de hoeveelheid ruimte vonden we heel prettig. Met drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers en een heel grote huiskamer is het echt goed vakantie vieren. Je kan zeker fietsen in de omgeving. Houdt dan wel rekening met de toegangswegen. De ene 18 en de andere 22 %.

The road that runs past the house is little used by motor vehicles, as it is only for destination traffic. People do cycle and walk along it. It is therefore a unique place because of the height of the Keutenberg and the steep access roads. Of course also because of the beautiful nature and views. It is really a place to unwind. From the house you walk with a steep footpath towards Geul, or Wijlre and Schin op Geul in the other directions. The hiking possibilities are endless and can start right from the house. We used the app osmand to walk routes ourselves, and also some with the app Komoot.

De weg die langs het huis loopt wordt weinig gebruikt door motorvoertuigen, omdat het alleen voor bestemmingsverkeer is. Er fietsen en wandelen wel mensen langs. Het is dan ook een unieke plek door de hoogte van de Keutenberg en de steile toegangswegen. Uiteraard ook door de prachtige natuur en vergezichten. Het is echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Vanaf het huis loop je met een steil wandelpad richting Geul, of Wijlre en Schin op Geul in de andere richtingen. De wandel mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos en kunnen direct vanaf het huis starten. Wij hebben de app osmand gebruikt om zelf routes te wandelen, en daarnaast ook een aantal met de app Komoot.
