Spacious 8 pers. Nature House (180m2) which is fully furnished and fully equipped. Four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 Toilets and infrared sauna. 2 Shower cabins and 1 Bath. Equipped with washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Sleeping on luxury box spring beds. Bungalow is in beautiful wooded area and offers lots of privacy. wake up in the morning by singing birds in the garden. Even your dog will feel at home here and you can make beautiful walks in the National Park Hondsrug which is directly adjacent to the bungalow. Your friends are also welcome in the bungalow. The entire bungalow is centrally heated. The bungalow provides its own electricity via solar panels on the roof. Also suitable for disabled guests (max.2) as the first floor has a bedroom with bathroom and no thresholds. The bungalow has 2 modern flat screen TVs. There is also a wood stove. Charging station for Ev available. Long rental also possible because of bridging.

The nature house is on a villa park which is located directly behind the Fletcher Hotel, flattens near the picturesque village of Exloo on the edge of forest and heathland in a beautiful nature reserve. Walking or cycling in this area is full of surprises. You can also discover the Hondsrug by car and visit all the authentic villages. Dolmens and sheep farming in the immediate vicinity. The children can play in the playground and cycling on the pumptrackbaan, swimming in the pool and you can play tennis, miniature golf, bocce court in the park .Golf, horseback riding in and fishing the immediate vicinity . Emmen offers many opportunities including shopping, zoo, cinema and not forgetting the market on Friday. The Fletcher Hotel also offers many additional opportunities. Reservations including bike rental, bowling, dining etc. Pumptrack track available at the park. Idiaal for children Midget golf course at the park.
