A retreat on the outskirts of Düsseldorf, surrounded by greenery - view of the park-like garden, it is natural and is at your disposal - in the detached house you live on 65 square meters, consisting of a spacious living room with dining table, sofa and reading armchair, a bedroom with double bed for 2 persons - a well-equipped kitchen: induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots, various cooking utensils ... plus bathroom with toilet / shower - washing machine / dryer in the basement. - Crib or 1 extra bed can be provided on request - the whole house has underfloor heating / slate floor - private, free parking right in front - various garden furniture dogs can be brought - free of charge! Connection to the cities of the region via the A3, as well as regional train, bus stop 150m away - several supermarkets in 2.5km radius, also several restaurants nearby. Located between meadows & trees, by the pond, lots of birds, frogs, fish, pure nature - the designated hiking trail "Neanderlandsteig" passes the property (see also the app) so your visit can be well prepared in advance! Hiking trails, cycle paths are marked - there are many seats available on the property, in the morning sun, behind the house and also at the lower end of the natural pond under huge weeping willows - there are other seating areas throughout the property that you can enjoy. Nearby shopping facilities, restaurants, places of interest such as the Neandertal Museum (multilingual), the surrounding cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne, Essen and Wuppertal, Solingen-Gräfrath, we are happy to provide information, in addition there are also brochures in the house.
