Nature house in Mettmann

A refuge on the outskirts of Düsseldorf, surrounded by greenery, spacious living room with dining table and small sofa, bedroom with double bed for 2 people. A crib or 1 extra bed is also possible - if desired - in the living room (= 3rd person). A well-equipped kitchen with induction cooker, microwave, fridge etc.! Bathroom with WC/shower, washing machine/dryer are available in the cellar. The house is well equipped with a special slate floor and various natural stones (Jura) in the bathroom / kitchen. The calendar is temporarily shown as occupied, because in an old listed half-timbered house - with barrel vault, a mountain fireplace, the Cologne stucco ceiling with memorized wooden column - something has to be improved structurally, so that the own high standard can be maintained. Situated between meadows & trees by the pond, lots of birds & frogs, on the designated hiking trail "Neanderlandsteig" ...search for the app and prepare your visit from home ! The house has its own seating area in the morning sun, seating area behind the house and also at the lower end of the natural pond under a huge weeping willow. On the whole property there are further sitting areas, which you can use with pleasure. Whether on the large property or in the surrounding area, walks are also a lot of fun with dogs. Nearby shopping facilities, restaurants, sights such as the nearby Neandertal Museum (multilingual), the surrounding cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal will be communicated to you personally, in addition there are also brochures in the house.
