You are now looking at a 2 to 6 person nature house, all on one floor. Very suitable for 50 +. The house has 4 bedrooms.1 room with a 2 pers bed 180 by 200 m. A room with 2 single beds and 2 rooms with a single bed. Kitchen linen are included in the rent, the beds are made for you. The open kitchen is rustic . The living room has large patio doors that open onto a beautiful woodland garden. The whole house has underfloor heating, and everything is so well insulated that you will have a wonderful stay in both summer and winter. A large walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet. There is a shed for your bike, and 3 parking spaces at the house for your car. Outside several sitting areas to enjoy nature, many birds and squirrels. Check out the pictures and who knows we might see each other at our nature house. We welcome you with a cup of coffee.
Nature and surroundings
The house is in a unique location in wooded nature reserve the Borkeld. Admittedly on a nature park with several cottages, but all cottages are widely spaced. This house is surrounded by rhododendrons. It is a wonderful place to put your bike in the starting blocks and go out. From here you are a few km away at the Holterberg ( National Park the Sallandse Heuvelrug). Also Rijssen or city of Deventer is a stone's throw away. In short: Your vacation starts in Holten. Nature, peace & environment:The cottage is wonderfully quiet in a vacation park. Lots of greenery around it. Birds and squirrels come on the terrace. Outside the park you can make lovely walks. The beautiful Holterberg with flowering heather a few kilometers away.
Het huisje ligt heerlijk rustig op een vakantiepark. Veel groen erom heen. Vogeltjes en eekhoorns komen op het terras. Buiten het park kun je heerlijk wandelen. De prachtige Holterberg met bloeiende heide op enkele kilometers afstand.

Nature, peace & environment:Een heerlijk ruime plek op een fijnrustig hoek van een klein vakantiepar. Eekhoorns en vogels kome n je begroeten.
