This Wellness Farm apartment is tastefully and luxuriously decorated. The Wellness bathroom with spacious Finnish sauna, a whirlpool bath and a rain shower (separate toilet) You can cool off in the wide window seat where the windows are completely open and at the same time enjoy the view and the sun. You can regularly see the birds of prey flying overhead. You look over the farmlands towards the duck decoy, a place to relax and do nothing. There is a kitchen with a microwave and 2 burner stove and a dining table, of course there is a lounge sofa and TV. You sleep in a place where darkness is really dark. On the mezzanine another 3 beds. Extras Every morning fresh rolls, use of the coffee machine in the common room. Coffee and tea in your accommodation 1-mail-filled minibar, something tasty on arrival. 0a. garbage bags, detergent, kitchen towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper. The beds are made, towels and bathrobes are provided
Nature and surroundings
Nature is close by and begins already on your own property. Lots of seats to sit with you feet in the grass and a nice glass to enjoy the view the beautiful sunset. No need to go out, but there is a lot to see in the Kop van Noord-Holland. The beach and seaside resort Callantsoog can be reached by car in 10 minutes, Schagen is 6 kilometers away. Day trip to Texel? You are there within an hour. There is a beautiful walking network and on the bike there is much to discover as the Omringdijk, villages like Kolhorn. We are happy to tell you more about our beautiful region. What is very nice is the hustle and bustle is nearby, but the tranquility is where you are. This is what our guests appreciate.In season you have free use of the outdoor pool in Oudesluis 1.8 km

Marjet October 23, 2023 General rating:Een fantastisch huisje! Alles is met zorg gebouwd en aangekleed. Aan veel details is gedacht, lekkere koffies uit de machine vrij te halen in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, verse broodjes in de ochtend, shampoo, wasgel en bodylotion aan de muur.. En de sauna en het bubbelbad waren ook geweldig. We hebben genoten van het weidse uitzicht vanuit het appartement waar je extra goed van kon genieten vanuit de brede zitvensterbank. De kinderen hebben zich ook goed vermaakt met de skelters waar ze mee over de minicamping konden rijden en de voetbaltafel en tafeltennistafel in de recreatieruimte. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn alleraardigst en attent. Bij aankomst lagen er drankjes in de koelkast en een lekker taartje op ons te wachten. Kortom, een aanrader!
Nature, peace & environment:Wij vonden het een hele fijne plek om te zijn! Vlakbij de duinen en de zee en voldoende mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen of andere buitenactiviteiten te doen.

Linda June 6, 2023 General rating:Prachtig met veel oog voor detail ingericht. Heerlijk bubbelbad en een sauna in de badkamer van de Zwart bonte Koe. Prachtig uitzicht rondom. Superlief vonden wij dat er bij aankomst twee heerlijke gebakjes in de ijskast stonden, en een flesje wijn, bier, fris, onbeperkt koffie en thee en verse broodjes voor het ontbijt zijn inclusief.
Buiten op het terrein genoeg zitjes om lekker te zitten.Nature, peace & environment:Heerlijk rustig gelegen, met een kleine camping bij de boerderij. Uitzicht over de weilanden.
