Feel at home in this comfortable 80 m² nature house with lots of privacy, located at the back of our yard. Through the garden doors you reach the covered veranda with fireplace, where you can enjoy the sun with a drink until the evening. The first floor has a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker and double induction hob. There is also a sitting area with TV, a dining table for four and a bathroom with rain shower and underfloor heating. On the second floor is the spacious bedroom with double box spring (180×200) and beautiful views. Additional sleeping places are possible via extra beds or the sofa bed downstairs. There is ample storage space. The cottage includes two free women's bikes, two parking spaces and wifi.
Nature and surroundings
From our nature house you look out over the ash trees and you are sheltered by the woods of Nature Reserve Egheria. The management office of Natuurmonumenten is 500 meters away, as well as the Tankenberg and Paasberg. This area has the best and most beautiful junction routes of North East Twente. Starting from the front door! Also a visit to the Lutterzand or the Arboretum should not be missed. Fancy something a little more lively? In our cozy village of De Lutte there is plenty of choice for a nice bite to eat. Oldenzaal is close by with nice stores and eateries. Enschede is about 20 minutes away by car. Or you go culture sniffing across the border in Bad Bentheim or Nordhorn. And of course, a "kaffee und kuchen" should not be missed.
