Nature house in IJmuiden

Two nights we stayed in the fine beach apartment Vitamin Sea. It was a wonderful luxury experience. Taking a bath overlooking the beach and sea, who wouldn't want that? The cottage is fully equipped. You can even, if you want, watch TV in the bath. Coffee, tea and nice soaps in abundance and we had nice app contact with the owner. There is a sauna and pool downstairs that you can use. The kitchenette is fine if you prefer to cook your own meals or fry your own eggs in the morning. The beds have a memory-foam topper, so if you like this you will sleep blissfully as well. The sunset is beautiful from the cottage, or the covered terrace.

Twee nachtjes verbleven we in het fijne strandappartement Vitamine Zee. Het was een heerlijke luxe ervaring. Met uitzicht op strand en zee in bad liggen, wie wil dat nu niet? Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt zelfs, als je wilt, in bad tv kijken. Koffie, thee en lekkere zeepjes in overvloed en we hadden fijn appcontact met de eigenaar. Er is beneden een sauna en zwembad aanwezig waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Het keukentje is prima voor als je liever een keertje zelf kookt of ‘s ochtends je eigen eitje wilt bakken. De bedden hebben een memory-foam topper, dus als je hiervan houdt slaap je ook nog eens zalig. De zonsondergang is prachtig vanuit het huisje, of het overdekte terras.

The location of the apartment is perfect. You imagine yourself in the middle of nature, while IJmuiden is just a stone's throw away. Because it is a dead-end street, there is very little traffic (except for some sportsmen and dog owners). For example, you can walk to Parnassia by the sea for lunch in less than an hour and back through the dunes. In the summer there is a ferry from IJmuiden to Fort Island IJmuiden and Velsen Noord where there are also nice beach bars.

De ligging van het appartement is perfect. Je waant je middenin de natuur, terwijl IJmuiden op steenworp afstand ligt. Omdat het een doodlopende straat is, is er maar weinig verkeer (op wat sportievelingen en hondeneigenaren na). Je kunt bijvoorbeeld in een klein uurtje wandelen naar Parnassia aan zee om daar te lunchen en terug door de duinen. In de zomer is er vanuit IJmuiden een pont naar Forteiland IJmuiden en Velsen Noord waar ook nog leuke strandtentjes zitten.

We nemen wel volgende keer een muggenlamp mee.

We had a great time, A fantastic environment, very friendly and attentive landlady and nice neighbors.We hope to go there again next year because we spent so much time nice at the cottage , bath and pool that we didn't really explore the area. It was that nice. Our dog also had a great time there because he could enjoy watching other dogs. The beds were super soft and super much attention was paid to make it feel luxurious. But thankfully affordable. Our expectations were exceeded! Topper. Actually, we shouldn't be so honest otherwise everyone would want to go to this little diamond.

We hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad,
Een fantastisch omgeving, zeer vriendelijke en attente verhuurster en fijne buren.
We hopen er volgend jaar weer terecht te kunnen want we hebben zoveel tijd lekker bij het huisje , bad en zwembad doorgebracht dat we de omgeving niet echt hebben verkend. Zo fijn was het. Onze hond had het er ook enorm fijn omdat hij lekker kon kijken naar andere honden. De bedden waren superzacht en er is superveel aandacht besteed om het luxueus te laten voelen. Maar gelukkig wel betaalbaar. Onze verwachtingen waren overtroffen! Topper. Eigenlijk moeten we niet zo eerlijk zijn anders wil iedereen naar dit diamantje.

The apartment was really very good. It was wonderfully clean, nice and warm, and the view was sublime. We received an email the day before that we could get in a few hours earlier, and there was even a bunch of tulips on the table

Het appartement was echt heel goed. Het was heerlijk schoon, lekker warm en het uitzicht was subliem. We kregen de dag van te voren een e-mail dat we er al een paar uur eerder in mochten, en er stond zelfs een bos tulpen op tafel

Even though the weather was not fantastic, we enjoyed it immensely. The nature, the sea and the dunes were great.

Ondanks dat het geen fantastisch weer was, hebben we enorm genoten. De natuur, de zee en de duinen waren geweldig.
