The small, cozy Nature house is located on a 1600m2 large, fenced area with an unobstructed view over the adjacent field. An idyllic oasis in the middle of beautiful nature - 1km from the Achterwasser and 20min from the sandy beach on Usedom. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, beach vacationers and nature lovers. The flickering fireplace is a cozy place to sit and relax even in the colder months. Just right for anyone looking for peace and quiet and simply wanting to switch off. The cottage has a bathroom with WC and shower, a bedroom on the ground floor, a small sleeping alcove (suitable for children) and a cozy living-dining room. There is a sofa bed in the living/dining room that can be used comfortably as a bed for two people. An extendable dining table offers space for up to 5 people. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room to warm up. Next to the living/dining room is a conservatory and the small kitchen made of solid wood with 4 ceramic hobs and an oven.
Nature and surroundings
There are many cozy corners on the property itself that invite you to have breakfast, chill out and unwind. In the light-flooded conservatory and on the natural garden terrace with a view over the wide field, it is wonderful to relax and unwind. For children, the property offers lots of hidden corners and plenty of space to play, explore and run around. The house is small but nice and ideal for 2-4 guests. The extra bed serves more as a reserve / reading corner and should be planned for children at most. 2 bicycles are on site and can be used.
