Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the municipality of Twenterand just outside the village of Den Ham. In the surroundings there is plenty to do. The beautiful zandstuve forest within walking distance, the Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug are within cycling distance. For lovers of hiking, cycling and mountain biking, there are several routes. For horse lovers, you can also make beautiful forest rides on the Lemelerberg. Would you like to bring your own horse? You can! At the vacation farm there is also the possibility to rent a horsebox. . The vechtdal and cities Ommen and Dalfsen are about 10 minutes drive away. The larger cities such as Zwolle and Deventer about 20, 25 minutes away.
