Nature house in Heeten

The house is located on the edge of Schoonheten Estate in the yard of an old farmhouse, which used to belong to this estate. It is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms with lovely double beds, 2 single beds, one triple bedstead and a sofa bed for 2 persons. There are also 2 cribs. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is an open kitchen with all amenities. The house has underfloor heating is heated by a heat pump with solar panels. For the colder days there is a cozy fireplace. A Pizza Hut can be rented for 50euro, here checkout in a wood oven delicious fresh pizzas are baked. The dough and hot oven are provided by us, the guests bring their own topping, each so their own taste! A hot tub can also be rented (wood available). Children's toys,, volleyball/badminton net and goalie are also available. The pool can be used in the summer months. Hot tub and pizza oven sign here

The nature house is located 1.5 km from Heeten, where there is a bakery, a supermarket [PLUS] and a cozy eatery [Brasserie 13]. The house is a wonderful base for walks or bike rides to the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Deventer, Zutphen and Zwolle are within reach, these are Hanseatic cities worth a visit! On the fenced yard [one hectare], the smaller children can play on the trampolines or omet one of the available bikes or go-karts around. The swimming pool can be used from mid-April to mid-September. To enjoy nature you can walk and cycle nearby on the Schoonheten Estate or on the Salland Ridge. There are also of course other beautiful bicycle and mountain bike routes in the area. Bike rental in Haarle or Holten! Adventure park Hellendoorn is fifteen minutes away. Nice petting zoo nearby.
