The new zoning plan "Vinkeveense Plassen 2025" has come into force, preserving the unique character of the lakes and allowing island owners to apply for a permit for new construction. We have decided to develop the island according to the new rules with a new vacation home, terrace and jetty as shown in the impression photo. The sale of the plot with new vacation home will start June 2026. The off-grid place to get away from it all. Here you have plenty of privacy and are surrounded by nature. Relax by the wood stove on the covered terrace, in your lazy hammock or in the wood-fired hot tub overlooking the water. From the swimming dock, take a dip in the clear swimming water. Dream away in the queen-size beds.
Nature and surroundings
This island consists of 2 plots of about 200 m2 each and is located on a headland in the Zuidplas of the Vinkeveense Plassen and about 5 minutes by boat from marina Visserslust. During your stay on the island you have access to your own sloop. On the Vinkeveense Plassen are many nice restaurants with moorings for the sloop. Marvel at the many birds, the clear water and the tranquility. Throw out a fishing rod: fishing is perfect here. The Vinkeveense Plassen is also a popular water sports area where you can go supping, diving, surfing, sailing or water skiing. Everything is possible. From the island you have a view of the lake for miles.
