Spend the night in a treehouse at Drenthe's Toughest Playground? Super! Cool! Cool! A staircase takes you to the terrace of the treehouse. Here you can enjoy the view. On this terrace is also the barbecue on which you can cook if necessary. The treehouse itself consists of a large room. Here there are 2 single sofa beds and 1 double sofa bed. The bed linen can be found in the sofa beds. There is a small bar / kitchenette with a refrigerator, combination microwave, egg cooker, kettle, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is no cooking facility inside, but on the terrace there is a barbecue with a separate burner. The toilet room has a toilet and urinal and the bathroom a shower and sink. In the bathroom towels are waiting for you as well as in the kitchenette a towel, tea towel and dish towel. The treehouse is heated with a pellet stove. When the days get shorter and the outside temperature drops, it is nice and cozy to sit at the dining table or on your fine sofa bed.

GROLLOO AND Surroundings The esdorp Grolloo is located on the Hondsrug, 10 km south of Assen. Around Grolloo you will find extensive Staatsbossen, Borger, Gieten, Grolloo, Hooghalen and Schoonloo. You will also find many hiking trails, connection to the bicycle junction and ATB and equestrian routes. The treehouse is located on the grounds with a Climbing Park, Experience Park and beautiful beaches on a swimming pond. UNESCO GEOPARK The Hondsrug has the status of a UNESCO GEOPARK. The genesis of the Hondsrug in combination with many of the dolmens that Drenthe is rich in are very special. In Borger you will find the hunebedcentrum and on your route there you can visit a number of hunebedden, for example at Drouwen and Bronneger. THE CLIMPARK AND OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE PARK Access to the Klimpark and Belevingspark is included in the season. In winter you have access to an ATB with which you can explore the area. But GPS or hiking maps are also available. EnJoy the Time!
