Located in forestry Ruinen you will find this special location with nature house equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hot tub and sauna. The villa is uniquely situated in the middle of nature at the end of a long lane. The farmhouse is surrounded by an English landscape garden of over 2 acres. In the garden you will find a recreational golf course, bowling alley and heated swimming pool*. You walk from the property directly into the forest. The former farmhouse has been completely rebuilt with many original elements preserved or reused. The nature house is spacious, homely and luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. Don't be surprised if you see a deer walking by the window. Guests come to us to enjoy peace and nature. Breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as cooking workshops can be arranged for you on location. We do not rent to (groups of) young people. *The pool is open and heated from May 1 to October 1.
Nature and surroundings
In Ruinen (5km) there is a supermarket. Coop and Jumbo deliver groceries on location. Hoogeveen or Meppel, with all its facilities is 15km away. Several hiking and mountain bike routes start from the driveway. From the site you can walk for hours through forest and heath. Enjoy the peace, nature and many birds you see. At night on a clear day you can see shooting stars and the Milky Way.
