Nature house in Utrecht

The communication with the owners was very difficult. Gave no answer to emails, phone calls, ... The day itself we still did not know how we could get the key. Drove there by chance and there they let us in. The first time I book something in all these years without zero comma zero communication with the owners. They didn't make any effort themselves either. So if you want to rent the house, you have to take the stress of the key transfer with it

De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep heel stroef. Gaven geen antwoord op mails, telefoontjes,…
De dag zelf wisten we nog niet hoe we de sleutel konden bemachtigen.
Op goed geluk naar daar gereden en daar lieten ze ons binnen.
De eerste keer dat ik in al die jaren iets boek zonder dat er nul komma nul communicatie is met de eigenaars. Zelf deden ze ook niets moeite. Als jullie dus het huis willen huren, moeten jullie de stress van de sleuteloverdracht erbij nemen

We had a wonderful girlfriends weekend. Beautiful house, garden and near Utrecht Center. The house is spacious and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Wij hebben een heerlijk vriendinnenweekend gehad. Prachtig huis, tuin en vlakbij Utrecht Centrum. Het huis is ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader!

Fantastically beautiful remodeled house. Spacious and spacious. But acoustics were not optimal. All the amenities are almost there. It is very much focused on design and therefore less on practicality.

Fantastisch mooi verbouwd huis. Ruim en ruimtelijk. Maar akoestiek was niet optimaal. Alle voorzieningen zijn er bijna wel. Het is heel erg gericht op design en daardoor minder op praktische zaken.

On the outskirts of the city of Utrecht, near slot Zuylen. So don't expect a huge nature reserve.
Adjacent tennis courts and bike path in front of the door. But both not disturbing. If you are really looking for nature, this may not be suitable, but you can go in all directions from here.

Aan de rand van de stad Utrecht, vlakbij slot Zuylen. Dus verwacht geen enorm natuurgebied.
Naastgelegen tennisbanen en fietspad voor de deur. Maar beide niet storend. Als je echt natuur zoekt is dit wellicht niet geschikt, maar je kan van hieruit wel alle kanten op.
