This small house was built in the middle of the last century and completely restored in 2012-2019 and is located on a natural plot. You have a wonderful view over the entire forest clearing, hear the sound of the stream and at night you can see thousands of stars. The nearest building is approx. 1 km away. On the first floor there is a large room with kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed (sleeps two) and the bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. (Please order bed linen directly from the landlord by e-mail, telephone or chat). The minimum occupancy is 5 nights. You live completely self-sufficiently, as the hut is not connected to any public supply: central heating, electricity from the sun and water supply with fresh spring water.
Nature and surroundings
Around you you will find endless hiking trails, beautiful Alpine foothills. 20 minutes to Bregenz and Lake Constance with many activities, less than an hour to the Alps with over 2500 m altitude. A waterfall is only 5 minutes away down the stream. The Pfänderspitze, 1100 m high, can be climbed in 1 hour and offers a magnificent view over the whole of Lake Constance and far into the Bregenzerwald.
