This nature house is also perfect for families or couples of friends with its 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is downstairs, each with a double bed. There is a garden-oriented living room with an open kitchen with a door to the front terrace where there is a large table where you can have breakfast in the morning and for the evening there is an outdoor fireplace, so you can enjoy a snack and a drink until the wee hours; TV and internet are available. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, toilet and shower cabin. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On the landing there is a single bed and a play corner for children. The house is heated by central heating. Kitchen and bath linen is provided. An attractive outdoor veranda with a seating area and a bbq completes it all. In the outdoor storage room there is an extra fridge-freezer and 2 bicycles. There is plenty of room to park near the cottage.

Visit nature reserve "de Onlanden", where you can enjoy the great egret, marsh harrier, bald eagle and bittern, but also the Exmoorponys, fox and deer can be easily seen from the special watchtower. Or visit the "Fochteloërveen", a 2500 ha nature reserve on the border of Friesland and Drenthe. A recreational lake with sandy beach is nearby, as well as the lovely villages of Roden, Norg and Bakkeveen.
