The 100-square-meter, high-end vacation rental, spread over two floors and featuring a south-facing balcony, terrace, garden with a sauna cabin, a fitness area, and 2 covered parking spaces with an electric car charging station is located in a spacious, eco-friendly semi-detached home above a small alpine pasture, halfway up the mountain on a south-facing slope. YOU’LL enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains, ski slopes, and the village from both living levels as well as from the garden. You’ll enter this extraordinary vacation home from the covered parking area through the separate front door, down the hallway, past a bedroom with a double bed, and into the spacious kitchen-living room with a cooking island and adjoining south-facing balcony. On the same floor, you’ll find a separate half-bath and a storage room with a washing machine. Down the stairs, you’ll reach the garden level, which features the large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (a crib available upon request), an infrared lounger, a bathroom, access to the terrace, an arcade with fitness equipment, and the garden with a sauna (for your exclusive use).

Everything was just right and completely stocked—even laundry detergent and coffee beans. Of course, we did restock those. There were lovely touches, and they offered all the help we needed. The second bed is also comfortable. It’s just a bit inconvenient that the bathroom is right next to a bedroom. Downstairs, the bedroom is wonderfully spacious. The infrared sauna is fantastic, and so is the outdoor sauna. We really enjoyed everything that Uta and Volker explained to us. Downstairs, we woke up every morning to a view of the mountains from the rocking chair in the garden, and in the evenings we sat and relaxed on the perfect balcony.

We hebben echt genoten van alles dat Uta en Volker ons hebben uitgelegd. Beneden werden we elke ochtend wakker met een blik op de bergen in de schommel stoel in de tuin en ‘s avonds zaten we te genieten op het perfecte balkon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s fully equipped and (of course) has great beds. We had very hot weather, but the downstairs bedroom in particular stayed wonderfully cool. The garden with its beautiful view is definitely a plus. The owners, who live next door, are friendly and helpful people who really go out of their way to assist you. There are plenty of hiking options, with the added benefit of free access to two gondola lifts. We had a wonderful vacation.
We hebben erg genoten van en in de woning. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft (natuurlijk) prima bedden. We hadden erg warm weer, maar met name de slaapkamer beneden bleef heerlijk koel. De tuin met het mooie uitzicht is ook zeker een pluspunt. De eigenaren, die ernaast wonen, zijn vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen die echt met je meedenken.
