Nature house in Zeist

This luxurious apartment—one of three units completed in 2020 in a former farmhouse—features private parking and is conveniently located for exploring both on foot and by bike. The fully furnished nature house features a living room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, and a private garden with a lawn and views of the surrounding nature and meadows. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, electric floor heating, a washing machine, and a bike shed. Thanks to the solar panels, the nature house is self-sufficient and completely energy-neutral. Your stay is designed with your comfort in mind and is therefore well-equipped with various amenities, including every conceivable kitchen appliance. When you book our nature house, information about the surrounding area will be provided at the start of your stay.

The Utrechtse Heuvelrug, which formed 150,000 years ago, is the second-largest forested area in the Netherlands after the Veluwe. It’s a place where you can truly unwind during a walk in the woods. There are also dozens of national and war memorials. You can explore these by bike, among other ways, but certainly also by public transportation. It’s also just one stop away from Utrecht Central Station, which is another great place to visit. In Zeist, you can also visit the unique Slot Zeist with its beautiful English gardens, which you can stroll through, or take a look at the deer at the Hertenkamp; both locations are a 10-minute bike ride from the apartment. Not in the mood for activities? Then you can also enjoy Sauna Soesterberg.In short, there’s plenty to discover in Zeist, and the walking and biking trails start right at your front door. The nature house offers peace and quiet, allowing you to seek out the hustle and bustle in downtown Zeist as well as in surrounding areas such as Soest, Bunnik, Utrecht, and Amersfoort.
